Permission to prepare invoices
By accepting the versioned self-billing agreement in your payout profile, you authorize Paradis Ventures AB to prepare affiliate invoices and credit notes on your behalf for eligible, reconciled commission. The parties are Paradis Ventures AB as recipient of your promotional services and the individual or business named in your verified payout profile as supplier.
Review before payment
Review each invoice’s identity, tax details, commission, currency and adjustments. Approve a correct invoice in the dashboard. Dispute an incorrect invoice with an explanation; the payment remains blocked until the issue is resolved and any required fresh approval is complete. A supplier invoice PDF can be uploaded and attached where appropriate. Do not issue duplicate invoices for the same services.
Your details and responsibilities
Keep your legal name, address, country, tax details and receiving destination current. A material profile change requires fresh review and can block payment of an invoice prepared against an older profile revision. You are responsible for any tax registration, reporting or receiving-provider requirements applicable to you. Notify us if your circumstances no longer permit self-billing.
Calculation and corrections
Commission follows the affiliate terms and its recorded policy version. The headline rate is 50% of the commission base. The detailed net-proceeds and operating-allowance calculation appears in the affiliate terms. Refunds, disputed proceeds and other valid adjustments can require a credit note or negative carry. Financial corrections preserve the original evidence and append a corresponding adjustment.
Duration and records
This permission applies while your accepted agreement and program participation remain effective. You may contact team@abunday.com to discuss ending self-billing or a supplier-invoice requirement. Required accounting records and valid financial obligations remain after participation ends. Invoices and credit notes can be downloaded from the dashboard; a printable document is provided when a PDF cannot faithfully represent every character.
