Who handles your information
Paradis Ventures AB operates Abunday and this affiliate program. Contact team@abunday.com for privacy questions, access requests or erasure requests. The affiliate dashboard includes a data-rights request flow.
Information we use
We process your verified email and account identifier, including the verified primary email domain for automatic @abunday.com admission; application or enrollment identity, country, audience, channels and promotion plan; versioned agreement acceptance; application reviews and correspondence; referral attribution and masked referral progress; verified store transaction and reconciliation records; payout identity, tax and destination details; uploaded payment documents; notification preferences; and security and financial audit records. We do not upload or synchronize your memories, journal, vision library, recordings or local backups.
Why we use it
We use these records to verify applications and identity, administer referrals, calculate and reconcile commission, prepare invoices, process payments, prevent fraud, respond to requests and meet accounting obligations. Agreement and legal-obligation requirements apply to core program administration. Optional notification preferences can be changed in the dashboard.
Providers and access
Clerk supplies identity and sign-in. Convex stores Abunday account and affiliate records in US infrastructure. RevenueCat supplies store-subscription information, Apple and Google provide purchase and financial evidence, and Resend supports email delivery. Independently configured payment or identity providers are used only when their setup is available. Authorized Abunday Owner and Admin users review affiliate and financial records. Payment details are encrypted at rest, masked in ordinary views and revealed through audited access. Downloaded financial files contain private information and should be stored securely.
Referrals and public information
Your published affiliate code and shared invitation identify your program link. Customers choose whether to confirm a referral in Abunday. The affiliate dashboard shows masked customer labels and referral stages rather than private customer libraries or full identities. Uploaded application links should reference public profiles only.
Retention and your choices
We remove unnecessary personal information when it is no longer needed and process verified access or erasure requests. Required financial, invoice, fraud-prevention and accounting evidence may remain for applicable retention periods. Request resolution records explain any retained information. Erasing an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; subscription management remains in the store. Application drafts stay only in this browser, scoped to the Abunday deployment, account or guest application, and application revision. They expire 30 days after the last saved form-field change; expired drafts are removed when you next open the application. Closing and reopening the browser can restore an unexpired draft. Drafts never store adult or agreement acceptance, verification codes, sign-in credentials, email verification state or payout details. A successful submission removes its draft. You can also remove local drafts by clearing this site’s browser storage.
International processing
Abunday-hosted services use US regions. Independent processors may handle information under their own applicable privacy arrangements. You can contact us about processing, corrections and available data rights. Your local app content and backups remain on-device unless you explicitly export them to your own destination.
